Blemish obstacles are obstacles that contain minor imperfections. These imperfections may include air bubbles, cracks in the concrete, reduced strength of the concrete, potential discoloration, chips, rough surfaces etc. These concrete obstacles do not meet company quality standards and therefore have been significantly reduced in price.
